May 29 – 30, 2014 – In partnership with the Department of Science and Technology Region III (DOST-III),  CLEARVISION OUTSOURCING CONSULTANTS is conducting a knowledge-sharing program designed to assist aquaculture and horticulture farmers in the provinces within Region 3 in the island of Luzon, Philippines, called the Consultancy for Agricultural Productivity Enhancement (CAPE) Program .

Part of the CAPE Program is the provision of training-seminars for the farmers, farm owners, managers, and CAPE Beneficiaries within the region. For the two days of the training-seminars, aquaculture experts from University of the Philippines, Visayas, under the leadership of Prof. Valeriano Corre, Jr., were invited to provide Aquaculture Training to all CAPE farmers/beneficiaries, sharing knowledge and information on modern farming techniques and technology available in the country.

The first day of the training-seminar was held in the Olongapo City Hall, in the province of Zambales, with participants from the provinces of Bataan and Zambales. The second day of the training-seminar was held in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga, with CAPE beneficiaries and farmers from the provinces of Bulacan and Pampanga.

The two days of the training-seminars became a venue for the discussion of effective aquaculture methodologies, potential improvements to the current practices of the farmers along with the experts’ recommendations. The training-seminars ended on a very promising tone, with the farmers and CAPE beneficiaries becoming more open to modern day practices and cost-effective farming techniques.

March 7, 2014 – Clearvision Outsourcing Consultants conducted a QA/QC Technical Training Seminar Workshop for the members of the A.G. Araja Construction and Development Corporation. The seminar was held at the construction firm’s head office in the City of Sta. Rosa, Laguna, with its senior QA/QC Officers taking part in the activities throughout the workshop duration.

Leading the workshop were Clearvision Outsourcing’s Ms. Nelda Zulueta and Mr. Joselito Cruz of the JJ Cruz + Associates Engineering Firm, both of whom are senior engineers, providing the updates and training for the workshop participants. The whole day training-workshop concluded with a renewed appreciation from the participants of the critical role of QA/QC in the field of construction, and a deeper understanding of the importance of the roles these officers have, in line with their expertise in engineering and construction.

January 9 – 10, 2014 – A two-day Strategic Planning Workshop was organized by the CLEARVISION OUTSOURCING Team (CVO) for the teachers, administrators, and coordinators of Light of the World Christian Academy of Makati and Christian College of Tanauan. The assembly was held at Hotel Kimberly, Tagaytay, with the executive team of the VBP Group of Companies in attendance.

The workshop focused on how to improve the quality of education in both schools, how the teachers should prepare for the forthcoming ASEAN 2015, and insights on how both teachers and students can take advantage of the opportunities open with the K-12 program. A number of recommendations were made by the CLEARVISION OUTSOURCING CONSULTANTS and even Dr. Vinson B. Pineda, CEO of the VBP Group of Companies, actively participated in the discussion and activities.

The two-day Strategic Planning Workshop ended on a very high note, encouraging the school teachers and administrators to be the best in what they do and to never stop improving.

November 28 – 29, 2013 –  A series of Strategic Planning Workshops were conducted by the CLEARVISION OUTSOURCING CONSULTANTS, through the leadership of Ms. Nelda Zulueta, for the executive officers of the different organizations forming the VBP Group of Companies in Hotel Kimberly, Tagaytay City.

The series of workshops enabled the leaders and managers of Dermclinic, Inc., JLC and Miller Co. Inc., and Dermpharma, Inc. to identify the best routes for maximizing the growth of their respective organizations, as the Philippines approaches the challenge of the ASEAN Integration of 2015. Along with the CEO and President of the Group of Companies, Dr. Vinson B. Pineda, the participants went through a series of hands-on activities, enabling them to align their company’s strategic processes and tactical advancements.

With the assistance and recommendations of CLEARVISION OUTSOURCING CONSULTANTS, the participants were able to formulate outlines of their strategic plans, with everyone renewing their commitment to progress as the workshop series came to a successful conclusion.
